This is the generic name for the development services that AIDENBRID is promoting. We mainly provide contract development services for systems and applications. We also provide laboratory type development services based on resources provided by companies. We call this development service SDH.
Please be assured that more than 80% of our clients rely on us because they do not have someone in their company who is familiar with the subject matter.
We basically use Adobe XD and Figma.
We can provide a first draft and up to two subsequent drafts (three including the first draft).
It varies from project to project and size, but is usually 2-6 months in length.
Depending on the extent to which the client is willing to take responsibility for the project, it would be helpful to have a documented RFP and specifications for the pages and functions to be achieved.
We use GitHub for source code version control and Asana for progress ticket management. We also use Google Spreadsheet for specification requirements.
During development, we set up regular and irregular meetings to actively communicate with our clients.
We support a variety of communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, LINE, Skype, and email.
If you can provide a proposal or documentation for this project, our development team will have a better understanding of the project and can begin design and development as soon as possible. Even if you do not have any proposal or documentation at all, if you can explain what you would like to do, we will support you in defining the system requirements based on that.
In the case of a contract agreement, the liability for defects under the revised Civil Code, and in the case of a quasi-contract agreement, the contract will be handled in accordance with the contract.
There are no additional costs during the course of the project unless there are changes or additions to the specifications. Otherwise, if additional work is actually required due to scope changes or additional requirements, the cost of the additional work will be billed accordingly.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of contract, followed by a 25% payment upon completion of 75% of the work milestones, and the remaining 25% payment after UAT is completed and prior to delivery.
