This policy applies to all subscription-based SaaS products offered by IDENBRID INC. (Pakistan), including Mediaar (Clinic Management System) and Air Register (Inventory Management System). As these are software-as-a-service products, no physical goods are shipped.

1. Delivery of Service

Our products are delivered digitally. After a subscription is confirmed and payment is received, access to the product is activated and login credentials are provided within 1–2 business days. Onboarding support is provided by the IDENBRID team.

2. Free Trial

New customers can evaluate the product using a 14-day free trial before subscribing. We recommend using the trial to confirm the product meets your needs, as subscription fees are charged in advance.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
• On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.
• Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated after the billing period begins.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans: A refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment if the service has not been materially used. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
• Annual plans: A refund may be requested within 14 days of the initial payment. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of the paid term.
• Refunds are not available for custom development, onboarding or data-migration services that have already been delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, contact us using the details below with your account email and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Returns

As our products are digital subscription services, there are no physical returns. Any eligible reimbursement is handled through the refund process described above.
