These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of the SaaS products provided by IDENBRID INC. (Pakistan) ("IDENBRID", "we", "us"), including Mediaar (Clinic Management System) and Air Register (Inventory Management System). By subscribing to or using any IDENBRID SaaS product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription

Our products are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Subscription fees are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the activity of users you add to your account.
• You must provide accurate business and billing information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the product only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, resell or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for ensuring the data you store complies with applicable laws.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are stated in PKR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the product. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Delivery, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDENBRID is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
